MARTA gets no respect but it's genuinely one of the cleanest and most efficient stadium transit systems in the US. Gold/Red Line from the airport to CNN Center is $2.50 and 20 minutes — walk 5 minutes and you're at the stadium gate. The heat in July is intense. Mercedes-Benz has a retractable roof; when it's closed and full it's one of the loudest venues in North America.
